During the floods in 2011 in Sindh, BWA worked with UNICEF in 4 UCs Kharoro Syed, Khejrari, Faqir Abdullah, and Mir Wali Mohammad Talpur of Taluka Umerkot, District Umerkot, Sindh.

 

It was a 2 months project which started on 30th September 2011 and ended on 29th November 2011, under the title "Emergency Maternal & Child Health".

 

The project was completed by over achieving the target which identified that the need of CMAM in this District was more.
